Version 2026-11-06

Release notes: the changes of the website and of the Android and iPhone apps on one page. The version at the bottom of every page opens it.

Version 2026-11-04

Teachers: a teaching report of your classes by week, month or date range (held, extra, missed and upcoming), with the report of a colleague who teaches the same classes.
Mobile app page: the app is now on Google Play and the App Store.
"Keep me signed in" is no longer lost when the website is updated.

Project teams: the teacher proposes projects to choose from, each with its own page, and the representative of a team chooses one.

Version 2026-10-31

Project plans: a team plans its project on the website, with tasks on a timeline, sprints and boards, a burndown chart, comments and weekly updates.
A plan can be imported from a PLAN.md file, from MS Project or from the stories of planning poker.

Version 2026-10-30

New GIC logo and colours.
Sign-in is better protected against guessed passwords, with a limit on wrong tries and a robot check.
Planning poker: a room for each team, with its supervisors and a chat.

Version 2026-10-27

Team pages: "About the team" and the project descriptions in Markdown or HTML, with pasted images. A team can have supervisors.
Teachers: paste images into a chapter, publish a chapter that is a PDF alone, and upload the files of a course site by drag and drop.

Team pages: each project team has a page with its logo, members and projects, public when the teacher allows it.
Team projects: progress checks with a weekly report.
Teachers: "Change time" moves a class to another time of its day, with the reason shown to the students.

Timetable: filters with several values, applied at once.
Holidays, calendar entries and events: notes with images.
Project teams: import the teams from a CSV file.

Attendance: a printed QR code for a class, which does not change.
Timetable: select a class to see its details, links and your own notes.
Teachers' home page: today's classes, with the extra classes.

Chapter notes and slides: coloured code with a Copy button.
Attendance: extra classes can be planned ahead, and a teacher or a room cannot have two classes at the same time.
Labs: students can cancel a submission, for example a wrong file.

Version 2026-10-16

Timetable: views by group and by room, classes dragged to another day, time or room, and export to Excel.
Participation: random pick of a student or a team on a spinning dart board.
Class swaps: another course of the class group takes the class of a teacher who cannot teach.

Project teams: split a class into teams, with a board, representatives and requests to change team.
Labs as team work: any member submits for the team, and the team is graded once.
Chapters: PlantUML and Mermaid diagrams.

Check in to class on the website with a passkey and your location.
Holidays and exam periods in the timetable, with the week of the semester.
Change your sign-in email on My profile.

Attendance can count in the score of a course.
"Forgot password" is protected by a robot check and a limit on emails.
Labs: AI helps the teachers evaluate the submitted work.

Timetable: the classes can be edited on the website, with a check for conflicts.
Attendance QR codes scanned with the phone's camera open the app.

First version of the website: courses with chapters and labs, class attendance by QR code, events, announcements and notifications, in Khmer and English.
