About the department

The Department of Information and Communication Engineering (GIC), from its French name Génie Informatique et Communication, is one of the engineering departments of the Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC) in Phnom Penh.

What we teach

The department trains engineers in computing and in information and communication technology: programming, software engineering, databases, computer networks and systems, and related subjects. The courses combine lectures, lab sessions and projects, and many course materials (slides, labs and PDF documents) are published freely on this website under Courses.
